One type of corrugated crates or pallet box that is available in market consists of paper sleeve, top cover and bottom tray whereby the top covers & bottom tray are corrugated paper material and are easy to assemble.

This type of paper crate is normally used for tall or heavy products and can be directly put on pallets for shipping purpose. Top covers & bottom trays are usually designed with a few inches extra down the center of body.
